&lt;p&gt;This was a great write-up, actually. &amp;nbsp;We&amp;#39;re performing a new system design and implementation, and I hope that we can use policyIQ from soup to nuts.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Feedback:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This sentence (above) threw me: &amp;nbsp;&amp;quot;We expect that all departments have a lot of similar processes,...&amp;quot; &amp;nbsp;Is the word that would maybe fit better her &amp;quot;repeatable&amp;quot; or &amp;quot;repeating&amp;quot; (rather than &amp;quot;similar&amp;quot;)?&lt;/p&gt;
