Specializing in process optimization and system implementation, I am an information management professional and instructional designer serving as a policyIQ Product Director with Resources Global Professionals. I am responsible for new client configurations, ongoing implementation guidance, the policyIQ training program and managing the user experience. I have been at Resources since 2004. Before joining the policyIQ team, I enjoyed working as an independent consultant in the non-profit sector. Prior to that, I performed analyst services for a major brewer. What a great path I've been on! I am currently pursuing a Master's degree in Information and Learning Technologies.
